I absolutely love it here. I am 1 year out from having my son and I decided that I NEEDED to get back to where I used to be. I was intimidated about starting a workout program because I was so out of shape compared to where I was before I got pregnant. I showed up for my first class and they made me feel so welcome, and totally worked with me on adapting some things due to limitations I have for medical reasons. Nobody cares that you can't do some things 100% - everyone encourages you and the atmosphere is so uplifting. I have only been going for about 3 weeks and honestly, I'm already addicted. In fact, I didn't realize how addicted I was until I couldn't make a class because I wasn't feeling well. This is a phenomenal place to get stronger, fitter, and healthier. The trainers are top notch, and the members are welcoming and supportive. Being all ladies, you don't have to worry about how you look, just come in what's comfortable to you and be ready to get your sweat on! The workouts are dynamic, so it never gets boring. Everything can be modified as needed to fit your current fitness level. Guidance on meal planning and nutrition is also offered. They have an awesome floating foam floor that absorbs a lot of the impact and helps prevent injury.
