Girlie Girl Tutu's 'dressed up in dreams'

I make each tutu dress to order in any color or color combinations you choose. All dresses can be embellished with rhinestones, flowers, satin ribbon streamers, etc. Some embellishments/fabrics can be added for an extra charge. Each dress comes with a matching crocheted headband that I embellish to match the dress. Each tutu is made with great craftsmanship. It will never look like it was tossed together in a hurry. I take pride in my work!
