CF+Y is a privately owned, boutique fitness studio located in Gresham, Oregon that offers Personal Training, Small Group Classes and Yoga. Our signature classes: CORE 60, CORE 30, CORE Yoga and CORE Regeneration are professionally developed exclusively for you at our studio. They are coached by highly trained and passionate Fitness Professionals. You’ll feel a personal touch in every class experience due to our small group class sizes. In addition to our signature classes, we offer conventional Yoga as well as Hot Yoga. As a member of CF+Y, you’ll have unlimited classes plus a monthly personal training session with one of our experienced and dedicated trainers.
