• Hi Matt, It's been several months since you left the Flathead Valley for a new adventure in Wisconsin. During this time i got to really appreciate the services that you provided to me and our company over the past 10 years or so. The ease of working with you made me take it for granted the prompt service and the knowledge of the jobs that you performed which we needed in the REO repair and upkeep business.

  As you are aware, a significant portion of my business during the late 2000's and into the 2010's consisted of marketing foreclosed homes which where in a full array of conditions. I would like anyone reading this letter to know that Matt's knowledge and creative expertise in problem solving was integral in helping analyzing how to make needed repairs quickly, to code and at an economical cost. These factors as well as the professional attitude in business dealings made a long term relationship that was enjoyable and will be missed.

  If i can recall correctly, Matt has built decks, Stairs, Retaining walls, Rebuilt well houses, Trenched water & electric lines, Built storage sheds, Snow plowing, Winterizing and De-winterizing, Trash removal and a host of other functional repairs that go along with repairs and maintenance and just plain ole' making things look nice. I would highly recommend Matt for any work you are considering for your home or business. You will be extremely satisfied with his quality of work, Professional approach and his price.

• Matt Steffen has done work for us over the past 6 years. My wife and I are both licensed real estate brokers in the state of Montana.
