Jeckyl and Hyde Deli and Ale House, was founded 4 years ago by a local fireman, who had a dream to remake the Old Orchard Street Brewery, a place where good friends could gather for a fine beer and have some great wood fired pizza or deli sandwiches to eat while there. The recipes have been tried and tested and the local customers agree; it is wonderful! At very reasonable prices and a pleasant atmosphere, this is the place to relax, meet with friends and family. Jeckyl and Hyde Deli and Ale House has recently been purchased and taken over by new owners Richard Van Dommelen and Jim Skinner. Along side with family helping out, the menu will remain the same, and cater to the local area which has been patronizing the place for several years now. "We might add to the menu," say's Richard Van Dommelen; "but first we want to get a good solid handle on the place, and get customer feedback on what other items they would like to see". "Gluten free pizza and bread will stay and maybe more gluten free items will come to the menu in the coming months." Richard believes in a high quality of food that can be served at reasonable prices. "Offer good solid value for the customers and they will return to you each time they want to eat out," Richard says. So come on in and meet the New owners and staff, and have what we believe is the best tasting Pizza and Deli sandwiches around.
