It was the first time in her life that she was away from us, we don't fly much and she always goes on vacations with us. I was so happy that she fit in with the rest of the pups and had a really great time! Suely took both my small dog and boxer mix this past week for our first 5 day stay. She fed Scruffy in his high chair and even made a special organic ground chicken for him. She posted videos and gave us updates any time we reached out. When our dogs came home, they were happy, well fed, and worn out from all the play. I felt so much more comfort with PUPP than I've ever felt before and will be coming here for many visits to come! Sue provided nutritional advice and cared for our dogs like her own. We were first time customers and left our two doggies there for a whopping 27 days as we headed out for some once in a lifetime travels. From the very first conversation we had with her she went above and beyond to make us feel completely comfortable. Her prices were so fair for the love, attention, and special treats and activities the dogs were provided. I am a very connected mommy to my pups so I often texted Suely for updates via text. She always responded right away giving me detailed updates, and sending me pics and videos to my phone. I could also keep up with my babies with her Facebook page that she does a fabulous job of updating and sharing on. Not only did she go out of her way to keep us in the loop, with every video I saw i could see the true joy in both our doggies eyes as they played in the grass and with the other dogs. Words can't really describe the level of comfort I had for leaving them for the first time for that long in her care ... We are truly so grateful. She took care of them and loved them as her own, bathed them and was very in tune with each dogs individual needs. We even decided to extend our trip by a few days and when I reached out to her with this, she simply said no problem, we are great here, enjoy. Prior to finding Pamper ur Poochie they had been boarded at your typical nyc places. Stuck inside a room all day and then kennels at night ..... THEY WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT AGAIN ! this time when we took a vacation it was as if they took a vacation too ! I could finally leave them and have complete peace of mind. Suely is truly a one of a kind TRUE ANIMAL LOVER with a special heart and I would recommend anyone to use her services.
