Chef Lee has a wealth of experience in the catering industry, having worked in the famous Monsel Ton Ton Restaurant in Tokyo, Japan, the prestigious five star Westin Hotel in Osaka, Japan, the renowned five star Ambassador Hotel in Seoul, Korea, the exquisite upscale five star resort, The Westin Beat Hotel in Pusan, Korea, and later at a popular Benihana restaurant in Michigan, USA. While working at the Westin Hotel in Osaka, Japan, Chef Lee won numerous awards and recognition for the restaurant including the Gold Plate Sushi Chef Award and Best Deluxe Hotel Dining Award. He has served many illustrious guests of the Parliament House in Korea and Japan where international diplomatic diplomatic dignitaries and high level members of Parliament dined. Chef Lee loves to experiment with all types of ethnic cuisine and uses fusion cooking to create exciting, colorful, and delicious Japanese dishes. Chef Lee catered for the locals in Holmdel, New Jersey AT&T Corporate luncheons and dinners as well as private fund raising dinners for town officials.
