At Berkshire Hypnosis, we provide personalized sessions tailored specifically to your needs. We then formulate a personalized session consisting of the information you just provided combined with what we’ve learned works best from experience and the latest research. The actual hypnosis session, typically lasting 30-35 minutes, is recorded onto a CD, which can be used to reinforce the session and to enhance long-term results.
