Dan was first licensed in  North Carolina in 1986 and expanded to serving buyers and sellers in South Carolina in 2004. Currently Dan is the Team Leader of Team Adams Realty serving North and South Carolina, and is the Broker in Charge for Realty Myrtle Beach and Realty of the Pee Dee which serves the Florence Darlington area in South Carolina. As a member of 3 different local Real Estate Associations we can cross market properties through several boards. Since Dan has a strong belief in giving back to the communities we serve he is a member of the Community Outreach Committee with the Coastal Carolina Association, we do community work including fundraising for great causes and volunteering our time for community beautification projects and even Habitat for Humanity builds. As a certified trainer and mentor Dan enjoys teaching new and seasoned Real Estate Agents techniques to build their business through systems that have been tested for years and how to implement them.
