Best Mexican Breakfast in St Paul Morelos is a small State in south central Mexico with an incredible history, culture and, of course, amazing Mexican food! I was born and raised there and now have the opportunity to bring that authentic, amazing cuisine that I hold so dear to my heart to the people of St Paul and the surrounding area. This is the reason I named the restaurant Morelos. From our salsas to our moles, all of our food is prepared 100% from scratch with the freshest ingredients in a way that is true to my Morelos, Mexico roots. Our food is 100% authentic Mexican cuisine.
