Comments: Pure Comfort was the first company to respond to my request for help. Their initial contact was made at 7:00 AM and Mike, the owner, was on site by mid-day (before any of the other companies had even returned my calls). After determining the compressor had failed on my AC unit, Mike said he could have a new unit installed in about a day-and-a-half. However, after learning that I had my ailing daughter and a new-born baby staying with me, he said he would find a way to have the new unit installed the next morning. With temperatures near 90, his efforts really saved the day. I highly recommend this company.
