Brothers Sahagun, the owners of Tacos Guaymas, have proven to know a lot more than just tacos. The food undoubtedly will deliver all the excitement you need. Soft tacos made with grilled corn tortillas come with a choice of filling -- from chicken, chorizo or barbecue pork to tripe. Burritos are wrapped in flour tortillas and can be had "wet" (smothered in a vibrant sauce). Prawns in their shells are sauteed in butter and garlic or cloaked in a chili sauce. We like some of the newer plates, too, especially chicken in a spicy pipian sauce thickened with ground green pumpkin and sesame seeds. On weekends, there's menudo (the famous tripe and hominy soup long touted as a hangover cure) that's recommended for those who have overindulged on great margaritas the night before.
