Knowledge of the transaction process, contract preparation, local real estate statistics, and how to negotiate specific details are essential assets I offer to my clients. I provide an “insider’s guide” to the world of real estate.4: My clients enjoy not having to deal with the stress and emotion of delivering information during real estate transactions. I am my clients personal spokesperson. As part of this it is important for clients to understand their true bargaining position.There are 99+ problems that may arise during any real estate transaction. I take on the responsibility of predicting and resolving them before they ever impact my client.
