Shaolin Kempo School of Martial Arts

Shaolin Kempo Karate is a system of self defense combining the three arts of Shaolin Kung Fu, Karate, and Jiu Jitsu. This combination has literally been labeled by some as, the most effective martial art today. Shaolin Kung Fu using more hand techniques than feet uses the fighting characteristics of the animals the tiger, snake, crane, leopard and dragon to develop the internal strength of the body and improve circulation, flexibility, power, speed, coordination and balance.

Jiu Jitsu known as "the gentle art" uses joint lock and pressure point manipulation to stop and control an attack without having to punch or kick, although the option is there if needed.
