Bellissima European Dance Academy in Elk Grove is under the artistic direction of Alexa Lengyel, who is an academically trained classical ballet artist.
The school is committed and dedicated to bring international level ballet and dance education to Elk Grove and the Sacramento area.
We offer regular ballet classes to different age groups, according to the Russian Vaganova method, complemented by the French School of Classical Ballet syllabus. Also we teach international character and folk dances, such as Italian tarantella, Spanish flamenco, jota, Russian, Hungarian, Eastern European dances. In addition recreational classes of tap, hip-hop, jazz are offered. Our contemporary classes are mainly based on Forsythe technique.
The school constantly holds auditions for young talents to participate in professional concert productions.
