Farmington Martial Arts is the largest academy and the headquarters for the Youn Wha Ryu Martial Arts Association. Farmington Martial Arts offers a full schedule of a variety of classes Monday – Friday with training in Youn Wha Ryu, Royce Gracie Jiu Jitsu, Tai Chi, and Yoga. Children can start as young as 5 years old and any adults regardless of age or ability can participate in one of our many programs. We invite you to come by our academy and watch any of the classes on our schedule and we will provide you with all the information to begin your training.

The Youn Wha Ryu system focuses on mental and spiritual training as equal to that of physical development. The martial arts are a craft of the mind as much as of the body. Having a well-centered mental state can only enhance an individual’s success in the martial arts as a sport and increase the effectiveness of self-defense techniques.
