We serve a variety of Vegetarian, Chicken, Lamb, and Seafood dishes. Entrees are served family style and are traditionally shared, eaten with Basmati rice and fresh baked Nann breads. Our Family owned restaurant is well established in Silverthorne Colorado with a dedicated local and tourist following. If your craving something more exciting to eat than the usual ski town fare. The dining room is mountain casual and very family friendly with dining booths, tables, bar seating, and outdoor patio dining available during warmer weather. All dishes are individually prepared fresh to order by our talented chefs. This allows us to customize the amount of chili pepper blended into each dish and cater to individual guests allergies and needs. Each dish is lovingly prepared from scratch, nothing is just heated up and served. Authentic Taste takes time, about 10 to 15 min for entrees.
