Deep abdominal breathing, meditation and wide array of Qi Gong (Chinese yoga) are introduced. Many seasonal, spiritual and martial Qi Gong are practiced including the Swimming Dragon and Eight Pieces of Brocade, Traditional Tai Ji Quan forms and push hands are taught including the 30 movement refined simple form and the 109 movement long form.
