1911 Restaurant at the Terrace Inn

The 1911 Restaurant inside the Terrace Inn is located in Petoskey, Michigan. This beautiful setting is on a bluff overlooking Bay View Association's Victorian Cottage Neighborhood and Fair View Park across from Little Traverse Bay and Lake Michigan. Our fine dining establishment is a romantic destination in season serving Dinner every night from Mid-June through Labor Day. Reservations on the terrace are highly recommended as this is the most popular seating with views of the bay and sunset. The elegant chandelier clad dining room is air conditioned and available for families, groups and diners preferring this venue. The charming cocktail bar serves an extensive selection of wines from local to across the globe, hand picked by the owner who previously owned a distributorship known for unique wines from small out of the ordinary wineries. While not pretentious, the menu varies from our popular fresh-planked Whitefish surrounded by rosemary garlic duchess potatoes and roasted tomato stuffed with our own hot spinach artichoke dip and served with lemon caper aioli. Fresh, prepared on site and cooked to order, this is not fast food, rather an enjoyable relaxable experience to remember. Menus vary seasonally and use fresh and local ingredients from area farm markets and resources when available and are updated on line. The best value is our three course option which includes starter, entree and dessert. A favorite is our vanilla bean creme brulee.
