The Bakery at Mountainair is a small artisan bakeshop cafe located in the heart of New Mexico. We provide wholesome hand-crafted breads, pastries, sandwiches and other foods to our neighbors. We are committed to using only the freshest and finest, hand-selected ingredients available, including unbleached, unbromated flours, and local fruits and vegetables when possible.
