My name is Ginger, I am original "Corralenia". My family and I have lived in the village for 4 generations. Food has always been a large part of our family's heritage. My family (The Chavez's) started the business in the 80's called Truss World, which was the only producer of trusses in the area at the time. My mother would bring her pots and pans to the office, and cook all the workers lunch. Everyone would stop working, all sit down, and enjoy home cooked meal together. This is the idea of Las Ristras. So come, bring the whole family, and join my family for traditional Hispanic home cooked meal.
