With Real Estate taking such a hit in the past several years, I was going to sell my home myself and try to save some money but Lindsay assured me that my home would sell for a much higher price if it had the right marketing plan. That was an understatement! Even after the commission was paid, my bottom line was a lot higher than it would have been using the numbers I felt comfortable asking and expected to sell for. Lindsay did a great job helping me prepare for listing my home (suggesting items that should be taken care of before listing and then giving me ideas of ways to ´dress´ up my home to appeal to a broader range of buyers) and then aggressively marketed it and negotiated a multiple offer situation with confidence and expertise.
