Simplicity Matters, LLC was founded to provide assistance to individuals suffering from a variety of emotional, physical, social, and economical factors that are complicating their lives.

Simplicity Matters provides confidential, clinical counseling and coaching to individuals of all walks of life. We can assist with symptoms of depression, anxiety, adjustment issues, substance abuse, teenage behavior issues, grief and loss as well as trauma. Couples and families who are having internal struggles can also attend sessions with our skilled professionals. We use evidenced based treatment modalities to assist with the process and provide unique insights to our clients. Coaching is provided to people who are looking to make changes in a variety of areas in their lives such as career changes, efficiency in the home and looking to achieve their next goal in life.
