Our story began decades ago on the banks of Lake Champlain. My parents, who were dairy farmers, held a chicken barbecue every 4th of July weekend, a tradition that continues to this day. I became fascinated with outdoor cooking and when my brothers and I took over the annual cooking duties, we expanded the menu to include ribs and brisket. I became thoroughly hooked when I slow cooked my first pig about 20 years ago. Eventually my wife and I purchased our first restaurant and added catering to our services, specializing in genuine slow cooked barbecue. After taking a few years off to sell cars, I decided I was ready to pursue the barbecue business once again. So here we are! We hope you'll pay us a visit soon.
