Physical activity has always been a part of my schedule with walking, gardening and regular workouts at “Curves”.
As I grew older, I felt I needed a program to improve my balance and strengthen my core muscles.

Working with a certified trainer (Stacia) to develop an exercise program to meet my goals, begin at my fitness level and challenge me to do more than I think I can do has been a rewarding and beneficial experience.
I’m well on the road to realizing my goals and in the process I’ve lost some weight and reduced my body fat.
Believe it or not, I enjoy our weekly workouts. The only requirement for results is a commitment to participate fully in the program.

I started training with Stacia at 2BFit two years ago.
I told her that I was having difficulties with normal everyday things like getting up off of the floor, walking up a hill or twisting around to see the traffic beside me in the car.
I told her that I was just getting older and that is what happens. She seemed perplexed and asked me if I exercised. Of course I didn't and that wasn't something I thought I had time for.
She encouraged me to try some training with her for just a month and see how I felt. I thought it couldn't hurt and we started our journey together.
I felt so much better in one month that I knew I had to continue my training.
She zeroed in on my weakness and helped me to strengthen muscles that I know I never used before!
Stacia always listened to me and explained what my body was supposed to be doing and how my muscle was supposed to be feeling.
She coached me on healthy habits and encouraged me to try new things.
I literally couldn't walk or bend or get out of bed in the morning without her helpful tips on stretching.
When I leave my training I feel like I have done a good thing for my body, mind and spirit.
I know that I am stronger and my joints are less achy because I use them.
I am very happy with Stacia as my trainer and I think my body would fall apart without her!!
