April is by far the best trainer in San Antonio! She is such an incredibly passionate person who always goes above and beyond for her trainees. I had worked with personal trainers before who were more concerned with getting paid for their session rather than helping me with my goals. April's first question to me was, what do I want to accomplish. She helped me train for my first Rock n Roll Marathon, she created a sustainable fitness regimen that helped me stay on track and focused through the entire training. I saw a transformation inside and out that I couldn't have experienced without her care and expertise
April is great at Personal training and at affordable prices. She has patience to stand by you and help with posture for every workout. Best of all she motivates you so you are on track. Massage was awesome too, very professional and relaxing. All the very best.

Hard Core Training has been amazing and pushed me to build strength and muscle. The past January of this year I was an avid runner, but running didn't exactly give me the strength and muscle that I wanted to see. When I joined Hard Core Training, April pushed me to try new workouts.She workouts are dynamic, fun, and everyday is a different day. This makes the workouts fun and exciting, and definitely something to look forward to. Not only did I build strength and gain tone by weight lifting, but April also included workouts that are high intensity and kept me moving.

For 1 hour you get an intense workout combined with cardio where you will BURN calories and feel it! April's high energy to keep you motivated to reach your fitness goals! In 3 weeks I have lost 4 pounds, 2% body fat and 9.25 inches!!!!! That is some serious results!! I haven't even been good dieting like crazy.
