Pound for Pound MMA and Boxing Training Center provides everyone that walks into our center with the opportunity to learn and master MMA and Boxing by intergrating this into their lives. We hope to give each athelete a renewed sense of direction, ambition and a chance to express themselves. This renew of self, will give each athlete the confidence to master all their dreams.
At Pound 4 Pound we integrate techniques from Jiu-Jitsu, Sambo, Muay Thai, Judo, Kick Boxing, Greco Roman Wrestling, and Boxing, to provide a more well rounded Martial Art.
We train students from all walks of life. Some students train to become professional fighters, others train for self defense, health and fitness needs but all students are treated equal. No egos, no BS, just like minded individuals getting together to better an art and the sport of Mixed Martial Arts.

"Tried pound for pound for the first time for a personal training session, and I admit Bernard put me to work. As far as his character from what I've observed he is very laid back and mellow. Just like any first timer, personal trainers wants to see where your at cardio wise. And he exposed me lol. He had me doing drills whereas my body was confused on what areas that was painful the most because it was a full body workout.
You can't beat the prices of his personal training sessions. And what I admired about what he did was that some of the exercises I did he did it with me. Whereas some trainers just watch you do the work. He never pressured me on when I am coming back. Or even talked about money. Now I know where to do when it comes to personal one on one training.
