At B.E.A.S.T. Performance you will not see rows of machines like at most gyms, our approach is multi planar compound exercises which are impossible to execute on most machines and are ESSENTIAL for daily activities. You will get a fun workout that allows you to lose fat while improving mobility, building strength and defining core muscles. Our workouts are geared toward all types of fitness levels and have modifiers for those that are just starting out.
Our approach incorporates functional training for day-to-day life, with bursts of energy utilizing repetition and interval training that pushes you to achieve results. When you sign up for One on One Personal Training with us during the first assessment we will walk you through the myofascial release techniques (which will help with your mobility and lengthening your muscles which in turn improves your flexibility and helps offset DOMS – Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness). You will then get your initial Weigh in, body fat and lean body mass measured. Lastly we will perform a series of exercises to determine your mobility, looking for any kind of impingement in your joints which will restrict you from doing certain exercises properly in conclusion we will determine what level of training you should be placed under. . Our main focus is finding out what your goals are, and how you can meet them thru way of proper execution of compound exercises. Our programs currently offered are: Personalized one-on-one training, Buddy training (max 3 per group) or join one of the many classes offered at B.E.A.S.T Performance.

I've been working out with Dave for 2 months now. It feels great because other people notice and ask what I'm doing to slim down. I'm actually feeling stronger and when I'm done with his morning class I am motivated with energy the entire day.
The workout sessions I attend are every morning at 5:30am and trust me I am not a morning person. We usually have a 5 minute warm up but of course the class is already sweating. He has a different regimen every day so you don't feel like you are doing the same thing plus we are working out different muscles. Dave will offer up a meal plan to help guide you on your weight journey. He's very motivating and encouraging in class and won't let you give up. Best trainer ever! -Theresa
