I am now committed to helping youth and their families better cope with their lives in a quickly changing world and culture and getting off to a fresh start for 2018.
About Me: I'm originally from the great Pacific Northwest. It was there that my passion for serving youth and their families began. At the tender age of 16 I volunteered as a camp counselor at Kiwanis Camp Casey for kids born with Cerebral Palsy and Spina Bifida. It was a transformative experience. I found my heart awaken and my eyes open to what really mattered to me. My calling to be of support to others was heard and here I am in Boulder CO, following the path that was laid before me 20 years ago.
I am now committed to helping youth and their families better cope with their lives in a quickly changing world and culture. I studied psychology at the University of Washington to learn the best of what the West has to offer. In order to more fully develop my approach, I moved to beautiful Boulder Colorado to study the psychological orientation derived from the Eastern traditions at Naropa University. It is from this background that I'm able to offer both the cutting-edge and innovative as well as the wisdom that has stood the test of centuries.
My clients will benefit from my work in the fields of coaching, fitness/nutrition and counseling. Specifically I feel my approach really serves young people and parents as they navigate the often stormy teenage years and transitions to adulthood.
You will find me to be compassionate, knowledgable, and committed to providing you an experience that empowers you to do what truly matters in your life and helps you feel more connected to the ones you love.
