I have navigated many significant traumatic experiences including a near-death encounter. I am passionate about supporting women in the unwinding of trauma, building their inner strength and resources.
As a coach and advocate for women, I offer personalized and holistic one-on-one sessions, groups for women in recovery, women's wellness groups, women's yoga and meditation retreats, and embodiment workshops.
I bring to my sessions a deep intimacy with myself, my own process of life experiences, and a passion for supporting and inspiring others in utilizing the magic of everyday living as medicine for growth and healing.

Alison has a gift of healing touch that is far more expansive than curing aching musculature and inflamed nerves. Alison is an amazing massage therapist, yoga instructor. I regularly see Alison for body work to keep my 51 yr old body feeling young and strong for sports. She also has helped me rehab from two major sports injuries. I sent my brother to see Alison and every time he comes to CO he seeks out a session with her too. She is in tune with what your body needs to perform well. I love that she offers 75 min sessions. 60 minutes can be too short and sometimes 90 minutes is too long. -Rhonda A
