Underground Fitness delivers the most effective high intensity training in a class environment. We bring together the best components of group fitness and personal training in each workout. Our programming will increase strength, endurance, mobility and overall well-being.
Underground empowers our clients to achieve their fitness goals through efficient movement with an emphasis on proper exercise technique. In addition to our regular group classes, we will offer personal training and smaller group classes for those just beginning their fitness journey or needing more extensive modification as well as boxing classes.
